To provide an unwinding piping unit which is light in weight, simplified in structure and improved in fixing state.

This unwinding piping unit 1 is composed of a joint part 4 which has a connection port 42 to water supply piping and can freely rotate that connection port 42, flexible part 5 composed of a flexible pipe connected to that joint part 4, and fitting part 6 having a connection port 62 to a sprinkler head connected to that flexible party 5. At this time, the unwinding piping unit 1 is constituted by resin molding as a whole. Then, the joint part 4 and the fitting part 6 respectively have loop-shaped inserting grooves on the side of the flexible part 5 at inner and outer pipe peripheries, and both the terminals of the flexible part 5 are respectively inserted into the respective inserting groves and adhesively fixed. The wind-out piping unit 1 is made light in weight as a whole, burden at the time of construction work is reduced, electric insulation is provided and electric wiring above the ceiling is not affected. Then, this unit can be surely fixed by adhesion.
