In the upper structure of shoe, an inside upper member 2 disposed in the metatarsus part of the shoes and formed by integrally connecting a sole abutment part 2A and an arch abutment part 2B which surround an area ranging from the sole to the arch part of the foot of a user, outside upper members 3 which are disposed via first gaps 4 to the arch abutment part 2B of the inside upper member 2 at both the left/right outer sides of the inside upper member 2 so as to form a structure in two layers in a space to the inside upper member 2 and also to allow the lower parts 3L of the outside upper members 3 to be secured to a midsole 10, and first insertion members 5 having elasticity and inserted in the first gaps 4 are provided.
