NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [R1 is H or methyl; Z is 2W8C bifinctional organic group; A is ring opening group of alkenylglyidyl ether shown by formula II (R3 is H or ≤20C halo-substituted hydrocarbon; R4 is 4h20C alkenyl); B is ring opening group of cyclic compound except ether shown by formula II; l is 1W20; m is 0W20; R2 is hydroxyl group-containing organic compound residue (terminal hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate shown by formula III is omitted; p is 1W6; q is 0W5; r is 0W5; p+q+r=1W6; Y is isocyanate group-containing organic compound residue having p+q+r functionality].

USE: A component for producing thermosetting resins and photo-setting resins and usable in a wide range such as coating compounds, adhesives, inks, hard coating, etc.

PREPARATION: A compound shown by formula III is reacted with an isocyanate group-containing organic compound shown by formula IV and, if necessary, a hydroxyl group-containing organic compound except the compound shown by formula III to give a compound shown by formula I.
