PURPOSE: To obtain a urethane oligomer compound excellent in hardness and adhesion to an iron surface and useful for points, inks, adhesives, photoresits, etc., by reacting a reaction product between a specified diisocyanate with a bisphenol S with a (meth)acrylate.
CONSTITUTION: A diisocyanate of formula II (wherein R3 is formula III or the like) is reacted with a bisphenol S to form a compound of formula IV (wherein R3 is as defined above and n is 1W10). The compound of formula IV is reacted with a (meth)acrylate of formula V (wherein R1 is H or CH3 and R2 is a 1W6C alkylene group optionally having a side chain or the like) to obtain the purpose urethane oligomer compound of formula I (wherein R1WR3 and n are as defined above). This urethane oligomer has a MW of, preferably, 5,000 or below. It is preferable that said reaction is performed at 50°C or below in a solvent.
