To provide a urethane resin forming composition from which a polyurethane resin having high strength of the resin and free of blisters or foams of the resin can be obtained.
The urethane resin forming composition comprises two liquids of a main agent (A) and a curing agent (B). The main agent (A) contains a polyurethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group terminal, which is obtained by reacting diisocyanate (C) with a polymer diol (D). The curing agent (B) contains: a propylene oxide adduct (F), which is a propylene oxide adduct of a bisphenol compound (E) and has a primary hydroxyl ratio of 50 mol% or more in terminal hydroxyl groups; a polymer polyol (H) prepared by polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer in a polymer polyol (G) having a primary hydroxyl ratio of 50 mol% or more in terminal hydroxyl groups and/or by dispersing polymer fine particles (L) in the polymer polyol (G); and a basic catalyst (I).
