Abstract:
PURPOSE: To medicate an effective amt. of a specified compd. (salt) to obtain inhibiting activity for 5-HT3 metabolism and excellent analgesic effect to cure aches such as headache and arthritis. CONSTITUTION: A compd. (salt) expressed by formula I is medicated by preferably 1.0 to 10.0 mg/kg (for one patient per one day) to cure ache. In formula I, Z represents hydrocarbons necessary to form a substd. or unsubstd., satd. or unsatd. 5 to 7-member ring, R<1> to R<3> are each H, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, amino group, etc., A is expressed by formula II, etc. In formula II, W represents signal bond, hydrocarbons necessary to form satd. or unsatd. 3 to 8-member ring, R<6> is H, lower alkyl, etc., (n) is 0 to 3. The compd. is, for example, N-(1- azabicyclo[2,2,2]oct-3-yl)4-amino-5-chloro-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b]furan-7- carboxyamide.
