Abstract:
To provide a hair treatment composition composed mainly of a monomer polymerizable in situ.
The invention relates to the hair-treatment use of a composition containing at least one monomer polymerizable by anionic polymerization in the presence of a nucleophilic reagent in a cosmetically acceptable medium. The monomer to be used in the invention has a structure of formula (A) (R1and R2are each independently a group having little or no electron-attractive activity; and R3and R4are each independently an electron-attractive group). The hairs are completely separated by the application of the composition to the hair to enable free styling of the hair, and the conditioning effect on the fiber surface remains after shampooing treatment.
