Abstract:
To provide a method for improving the health status of a patient needing the improvement in the health status, comprising administering a growth hormone secretion-promoting substance, its prodrug, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the secretion-promoting substance or the prodrug to the patient.
This method for improving the health state of the patient needing the improvement in the health status, comprises administering the growth hormone secretion-promoting substance, its prodrug, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the secretion-promoting substance or the prodrug to the patient. More preferably, the method, wherein the growth hormone secretion- promoting substance is a compound of formula I, its prodrug or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the secretion-promoting substance or the prodrug.
