Abstract:
To provide a technology for managing reservations and waitlist requests flexibly.SOLUTION: A use schedule management system which manages a schedule for using seats, using reservations with designated seating time and waitlist requests for seats includes: waitlist request receiving means which receives a waitlist request; reservation receiving means which receives a reservation and generates a reservation slot with a designated seat in a time zone in which the seat is to be occupied; seat-open estimation means which specifies expected seat-open time of occupied seats; candidate specifying means which receives input to designate the waitlist, and specifies seat candidates to be used by the waitlist on the basis of, reservation slots and expected seat-open time of the seats; display means which performs display processing on a seat allocation screen which displays the candidates to be selected; and allocation means which associates a seat selected through the seat allocation screen with the waitlist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
