PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to build a market that assists all procedures required for a used car trade, and smoothly and actively makes a used car transaction between an individual person and purchaser on the Internet.SOLUTION: A used car trade to be made between an individual seller terminal 12 and a purchaser terminal 14 is assisted by a server 10. Business negotiation assist means 44 of the server 10 assists a business negotiation on a used car trade to be made between the seller terminal 12 and the purchaser terminal 14 on the basis of selling used car information, seller information, purchase used car information and purchaser information, which are registered. When an approach request is received from the seller terminal 12 or the purchaser terminal 14, the assist is configured to transmit business negotiation screen capable of mutually exchanging a message to the seller terminal 12 and the purchaser terminal 14, and cause the business negotiation to be started. When the business negotiation is succeeded, delivery car assist means 46 is configured to generate delivery request information to transmit the delivery request information to an affiliation partner terminal 16, and ask the affiliation partner for procedures up to a delivery of the car.
