The step of producing used paper pulp includes: a used paper weighing part having a used paper weighing device for weighing segmentalized used paper; and a disintegration and beating part for disintegrating and/or beating used paper fed from the used paper weighing part to produce used paper pulp suspension. A used paper weighing and individual-distribution device in the small-sized apparatus for recycling used paper is characterized in that the step of producing used paper pulp includes weighing a plurality of classified used paper, and feeding them to the disintegration and beating part individually to enable the production of used paper pulp in which the plurality of classified used paper are blended at an optional weight ratio.
