To provide a technology for looking through a large amount of multiple activity histories of a user using various services through an information terminal after the activity to grasp the attitudes, and for visualizing the activity histories of the user in a batch to trace them in detail.
This user activity history visualizing/analyzing device 10 is composed of: a means which acquires user activity histories recorded in an information terminal and a service providing server; a means which applies different classification ID to the acquired user activity histories according to the operation contents and request contents; a means which sorts the acquired user activity histories based on time information; a means which calculates and adds a lapse time between the user activity histories to the sorted user activity histories; a means which prepares a time series activity transition circumstance list concerning the operation contents and request contents; and a means which visualizes the time series activity transition circumstance list.
