Abstract:
To cause a user device that notifies a base station of a plurality of terminal identifiers such that the base station can properly identify the user device when the terminal identifiers are assigned to the user device in a mobile communication system in which the user device and the base station communicate with each other using carrier aggregation.SOLUTION: A user device includes a management unit that receives and holds a terminal identifier for each cell group from a base station, and the management unit deactivates a cell associated with the already held terminal identifier when the management unit receives a message including the changed terminal identifier for changing the already held terminal identifier from the base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
