Television program listings are stored in a television guide system. A guide screen including television program listings that correspond to television programs is displayed. Here, at least one television program listing corresponds to a television program in a series of television programs. An identifier displaying presence of a television program in the series of television programs for a viewer is displayed together with the at least one television program listing. The viewer can know the television program is included in the series of television programs.
