Abstract:

To provide a user notification device, a user notification method, and a user notification system for notifying a user of an abnormal state of the user.

The user notification device 1 is provided with: a user state data acquisition part 10 for acquiring user state data on the state of the user; a notification rule storage TBL 18 for storing at least a notification rule for specifying one notification method and a notification rule for specifying a notification method more noticeable by a recipient than the one notification method; and a user notification execution part 13 for executing the one notification method on the basis of the user state data acquired by the user state data acquisition part 10 by referring to the notification rule storage TBL 18, and for executing the notification method which is more noticeable by the recipient than the one notification method when no response is received from the user within a predetermined time after executing the one notification method.
