Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing information for a user by using communication, satellite broadcasting or the like, and capable of simply obtaining an accounting or access status by transmitting information from an information provider to a user by a CD-ROM or broadcasting and by transmitting access control information such as history in accessing the information by the user to the information provider by using the communication or the like.
SOLUTION: Desired information is accessed and read from the CD-ROM 5 with the information provided to the user from the information provider recorded by a CD-ROM reader 31 based on the operation of the user; and control information corresponding to the information read by the CD-ROM reader 31 is transmitted to the information provider as the access control information showing the access status by a communication interface part 41 and a satellite line interface part 42.
