To provide a user terminal, a terminal and a method for payment, a payment certificate delivery method, and a transfer method, which can perform offline payment processing between the payment terminal that dose not have network connection functions and the user terminal.
A service terminal 101 has an electronic value transmission and receiving means 110 for transmitting and receiving electronic values to and from the user terminal, an electronic money verification means 114 for verifying received electronic money, and a payment certificate generation and transmission means 115 for generating a payment certificate based on the electronic money and transmitting it to the user terminal. The electronic value transmission and receiving means 110 has an electronic value exchange means 113 as same as the user terminal, and in addition, has a local communication means 107 and service function execution means 116 for executing reproduction of animation and music, and services, such as delivery of articles.
