Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a clutch housing and a V-pulley to be manufactured in a large quantity to uniform quality, by molding one halved part of the V-pulley integrally with the clutch housing by sheet metal working while the other halved part independently by sheet metal working and welding the both halved parts to each other. CONSTITUTION:A clutch housing 18 is molded by sheet metal working, while the clutch housing both integrally molds in its side wall one halved part 7a of a V- pulley 7 and rotatably supports a part of the V-pulley 7 to a crankshaft 4 through a bearing 19. Further the other halved part 7b molded separately by sheet metal working is welded to said halved part 7a, and the pulley 7 is formed by the both halved parts. Accordingly, the clutch housing and the V-pulley of uniform quality can be manufactured in a large quantity further easily because generation of unreasonable stress is eliminated in the clutch housing when it is molded.
