Abstract:

To provide a shape of groove capable of reducing man-hours required to remove burrs at a divided portion and producing a start point of dividing stably and surely, and to provide a milling cutter tool for forming the shape of groove.

A V-shaped groove which is made on a original a printed board to divide it into individual pieces is formed in a two-stepped V-shape of a first V-shaped groove formed on the bottom side and having an opening angle of 45° to 120° and a width of 0.03 mm to 0.15 mm and a second V-shaped groove following the first V-shaped groove and having an opening angle of 20° to 40°. The recess or the bottom of the first V-shaped groove becomes a start point of breakage.
