Abstract:
To provide a vaccine composition without using polyethylene glycol chain and with improved immunological memory period than conventional.SOLUTION: The vaccine composition of the present invention comprises: an antigenic protein comprising at least a portion of the S1 subunit of the SARS coronavirus-2 spike protein; and a hyaluronic acid derivative component comprising hyaluronic acid and a hyaluronic acid derivative into which a steryl group has been introduced, the hyaluronic acid derivative having one or more repeating units represented by the general formula (I), and the introduction ratio of the steryl group to the disaccharide repeating unit derived from the hyaluronic acid and the hyaluronic acid derivative being 30% or more and 60% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
