Abstract:
To provide vaccine which can be inexpensively and easily produced and has high efficiency and which is for Neospora caninum.SOLUTION: The invention relates to vaccine formulation comprising a synthetic protein in which an amino acid sequence of NcGRA7, a film penetration region is removed and which has arrangement in which an extracellular domain and intracellular domain are coupled, as an antigen, to Neospora infection disease of ruminant. The NcGRA7 is exhibited in a stage of tachyzoite, so that, the NcGRA7 has high efficiency to an intermediate host (ruminant) existing in a form of tachyzoite, so that, there is possibility of efficiently preventing abortion in a cattle due to Neospora caninum infection. In addition, since a film penetration region with high hydrophobic property is removed, the vaccine formulation can be easily and inexpensively produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
