Abstract:
To realize a vacuum cleaner capable of selectively performing cleaning with the use of suction force by an electric blower and cleaning by the rotation of a rotary brush.SOLUTION: A vacuum cleaner 10 includes: an electric blower 22; a dust collection part 30; a suction port 62; a rotary cleaning body 46 to be rotated by driving of a cleaner body drive part 48; and an operation part 28 capable of performing changeover into one of a plurality of modes. The dust collection part 30 includes: a first dust collection part 24; and a second dust collection part 64 arranged to be closer to the suction port 62 than the first dust collection part 24 on a route for connecting the first dust collection part 24 to the suction port 62. The modes include: a first cleaning mode for driving the cleaning body drive part 48 in a state where the driving of the electric blower 22 is stopped; and a second cleaning mode for driving the electric blower 22 and the cleaning body drive part 48.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
