Abstract:
To prevent a cooling object that is accommodated in a vacuum cooling cabinet, from being contaminated by a coolant.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 3 for a vacuum cooling machine comprises a vacuum pipe 3a, a coolant pipe 3b, an inflow port 3c, a discharge port 3d and a condensed water discharge port 3e. The inflow port 3c is connected to a vacuum cooling cabinet in which a cooling object is accommodated. The discharge port 3d is connected to a vacuum pump. The vacuum pipe 3a is formed substantially cylindrical and with the vacuum pipe, a channel is formed for guiding the fluid which flows in from the inflow port 3c, to the discharge port 3d. The coolant pipe 3b is disposed in an outer periphery of the vacuum pipe 3a and cools the fluid flowing in the vacuum pipe 3a, by heat exchange with a coolant flowing in the coolant pipe itself, via a partition wall which exists between the coolant pipe and the vacuum pipe 3a. The condensed water discharge port 3e discharges condensed water which is stored in the vacuum pipe 3a by condensing moisture contained in the fluid, to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
