To provide a small-sized and inexpensive high performance vacuum distillation type waste liquid treatment apparatus using no chemical agent and capable of being arranged on a line side in a factory and enabling continuous treatment.

A waste liquid is circulated to a vacuum distillation apparatus (2) by a liquid drop nozzle (15) and a waste liquid circulating device (3), and the floated waste liquid and floated gas are automatically separated and recovered during circulation by a floated gas and waste liquid separation and recovery apparatus (4) and a sedimented waste liquid is automatically separated and recovered by a sludge recovery device (8) to be deodorized by a photocatalytic silica gel. An installation place of the vacuum distillation type waste liquid treatment apparatus can be set freely.
