Abstract:
To remove vapor contained in a gas, without using a costly condenser with a refrigerator.
The drier comprises a tank 2 for housing works to be dried, a drying chamber 12A which is filled with desiccator and connected at the inlet 13A to an exhaust hole 3 of the tank 2, and a vacuum pump 9 connected at the suction hole 10 to the outlet 17A of the drying chamber 12A.
