Abstract:
To provide a vacuum drier, restraining dispersion of temperature in the respective parts in a room storing an object for drying more than before.
This vacuum drier 1 includes: a stainless steel inner vessel 20 forming a closed thermostatic chamber 21; a vacuum pump 102 for reducing the pressure in the thermostatic chamber 21; and an electric heater 12 for heating the bottom 20b of the stainless steel-made inner vessel 20, wherein an object for drying is stored in the interior, and an aluminum-made inner vessel 30 is disposed in the thermostatic chamber 21 to form space 40 up to the stainless steel-made inner vessel 20.
