Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the use energy and improve the dry speed.SOLUTION: A vacuum dryer 100 includes: a decompression vessel 1 which dries a dried object W placed therein in a decompression manner while heating the dried object W; an exhaust port 14 which exhausts air and steam from the decompression vessel 1; and an exhaust pump 2 which communicates with the exhaust port 14 and decompresses the decompression vessel 1. The vacuum dryer includes a heater 5 which supplies heated air HA heated by driving heat of the exhaust pump 2 to a periphery of an outer wall part of the decompression vessel 1 to heat the decompression vessel 1. The heater 5 includes: a blast pipe 4 which blows the heated air HA exhausted from a pump exhaust port 21; and a jetting port 3 attached to an opening part of the blast pipe 4.
