Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum dryer device which is advantageous in terms of cost and designed to enhance the efficiency of an layout area of the device. SOLUTION: A vacuum dryer device comprises and enclosed drying vessel 201 which houses articles to be dried, mainly of garbage, a vacuum pump 33 which is connected to the drying vessel 201 by way of a steam discharge pipe incorporating a check valve 77 and a hot water generator 41 which generates hot water. The vacuum pump 33 is a water sealing type pump. A liquid sealing circuit 73 is connected between a water receiving tank 55 and the vacuum pump 33. A hot water producing device 41 is a gas burner type hot water producer where a gas burner 43 is set up in the lower part of the device while a coil type heat exchanger is mounted in the upper part of the burner 43. The dryer vessel 201 and the hot water producer 41 are connected with a hot water feed pipeline 209a and a hot water return pipeline 209b.
