Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal means provided with simultaneously both vacuum resistance and high pressure resistance by a single seal means.
SOLUTION: A slide guide 16 has an inner surface contained in a recess 20 and always resiliently held toward an outer surface 26 and has a function to slide and guide a door when a door is opened and closed by the outer surface 26. A recess 30 to contain a closing sealing member 18 is coupled to a pressure means 36 or a pressure reducing means 40 through a control valve. By operating the pressure means 36 or the pressure reducing means 40, the closing sealing member 18 is freely inputted in and outputted from the recess 30. Before a seal work, the outer surface 26 of the slide guide 16 is protruded further frontward from the tip part of the closing sealing member 18. When the door is opened and closed, the door makes no contact with the closing sealing member 18 but during a seal work, the tip part of the closing sealing member 18 is moved in such a manner to make pressure contact therewith.
