PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a valve capable of reducing a driving force for driving a valve member.SOLUTION: A valve 19 is stored inside a closed space whose pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and it includes: a valve member 50 capable of opening/closing a communication portion for communicating regions provided inside the closed space; and a drive part 80 disposed outside of the closed space and for driving the valve member 50 by a magnetic force so that the communication portion is opened or closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
