To decrease the slide resistance of a bearing portion in valve bearing structure used for a vehicle.

In this valve bearing structure having a housing with a hole, a shaft fitted to the hole rotatably, and a valve supported on the shaft, for adjusting the flow rate of fluid, gaps of the bearing portion formed by the shaft and the hole are partially different from one another.
