The output side of a control unit 17 is connected to the electromagnetic actuator 16 of a control valve device 10. An object current setter 27, a duty ratio corrector 30, and the like are provided to the control unit 17. While the control unit 17 operates the duty ratio of a PWM signal by using the object value of the control current set by the object current setter 27, it corrects the duty ratio in order to approach the detecting value of the control current flowing to the electromagnetic actuator 16 by the duty ratio corrector 30, and a PWM signal according to the corrected duty ratio is output to the electromagnetic actuator 16.
