PURPOSE: To provide the valve controller, for which the accuracy of flow rate control is satisfactory and response is quick, concerning the valve controller provided at a liquid feeding pipe provided with elasticity so as to control the operating output of a valve to control a flow rate inside the liquid feeding pipe by pressing the liquid feeding pipe.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a first arithmetic means 30 for calculating the initial operating output of the valve from the set flow rate, flow meter 31 provided at the downstream of the valve for detecting the real flow rate, and comparing means 32 for calculating difference between the real flow rate detected by the flow meter 31 and the set flow rate. Then, the device is composed of a second arithmetic means (multiplier) 33 for calculating the amount of a change from the initial operating output corresponding to the difference between the real flow rate and the set flow rate compared by the comparing means 32, and third arithmetic means (adder) 34 for calculating the next operating output of the valve by fetching the arithmetic result of the second arithmetic means (multiplier) 33 and the arithmetic result of the first arithmetic means 30.
