Abstract:
To provide a valve device which can inhibit abnormal noise and wear and secure slidability to inhibit increase in costs and achieve improvement of productivity, durability, and functional reliability etc.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: a body 10 which defines a passage through which a fluid passes; a shaft 20 which is supported in a manner that the shaft is movable relative to the body and defines an axis S; a valve body 40 which is fixed to the shaft so as to open or close the passage; and a cylindrical bearing bush 50 which supports the shaft in a manner that the shaft is movable relative to the body. The bearing bush 50 includes: a mixing area A0 where a metallic core material 51 and an expanded graphite 52 are mixed; and a first expanded graphite area A1 which is formed only by the expanded graphite 52 so that the metallic core material 51 is not exposed in an inner periphery side area which contacts with an outer peripheral surface 20a of the shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
