Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a valve device which is simple in the valve element locating structure and ensures smooth motions of valve opening and closing.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 4 is arranged in the diametric direction in a tubing 3 which forms a fluid passage, and a disc-shaped valve element 5 is mounted on this rotary shaft 4. At least at one end of the valve element 5 alongside the rotary shaft 4, a folded part 16a is provided which was formed by folding the valve element 5, and a driving member 18 for rotating the rotary shaft 5 is secured to the part protruding outward upon piercing the tubing 3 at the end of the rotary shaft 4, and between the folded part 16a and driving member 18, a boss part 12a fixed to the tubing 3 is interposed while a certain clearance C is reserved in the axial direction of the rotary shaft 4.
