Abstract:
To provide a simple valve with high reliability, a heat pump using the valve, and an information processing system using the heat pump.
The valve includes a sheet-like valve body 14 which opens and closes ventilation holes 12 formed on a partition wall 10 and the valve body 14 has projections 22 abutting on edges 20 of the ventilation holes 12. The shape of the projections 22 is a hemispherical shell shape (hemispherical shape), the valve body 14 is expansible and both ends of the valve body 14 are fixed to the partition wall 10 through a base 16.
