PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a valve part from receiving the influence of the local shrinkage of a resin material and to improve out-of-roundness even when this valve part is successively provided with a deformed part, such as a repulsive part, near this part by forming a circumferential projecting part or circumferential groove part near the valve part between the integrally formed repulsive part and valve part.
SOLUTION: A front shaft 2 is screwed to the front end aperture of a vessel body 1 and a coating tip 3 is mounted at the front end of this front shaft 2. A valve member 4 having a valve function and repulsive function is disposed in the through-hole of the coating tip 3. In such a case, the circumferential groove part 4c recessed over the entire circumference on an axial central side is formed near the rear side of the valve part 4b pressed to the valve seat part of the coating tip 3 of the valve member 4. The spiral repulsive part 4d is so formed as not to come into contact with the respective inside surfaces of the cylindrical part 3c of the coating tip 3 and the middle cylindrical part 2b of the front shaft 2 continuously backward from the groove part 4c. As a result, the valve part 4b is prevented from receiving the influence of the partial shrinkage of the repulsive part 4d by the groove part 4c at the time of producing the valve member 4 by injection molding of the molten resin.
