PURPOSE: To aim at saving a space, by providing a fixing support flange at the outer periphery of a body having a bonnet water-tightly surrounding a step on the wheel side or a pipe coupling port surrounding a valve closing mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A turning wheel C is provided at one end of a stem G, and a disc H forming a valve closing mechanism is provided at the other end of the stem G. The stem G is surrounded by a bonnet A on the wheel C side, and a packing nut D is threadedly engaged with the bonnet A through the intermediary of a packing E or the like. A body B surrounds the disc H attached to the stem G, and a flange F extends outward between the body G and the bonnet A. Accordingly, the wheel alone expands when it is installed, thereby it is possible to aim at saving a space.
