Abstract:
To provide a highly reliable and lightweight valve opening/closing control device with an excellent responsiveness.
A housing 30 is formed of an aluminum alloy having spherical Si particles. The 90% of Si particles contained in the aluminum alloy has a size of 0.5 to less than 3μm and the remaining 10% of Si particles has a size of 3 to 10 μm. A rotor 20 is formed of an aluminum alloy having 15 to 19% of Si particles which is approx. 1.5 times that of the aluminum alloy forming the housing 30 and formed in a spherical shape of 3 μm or less.
