To provide a valve for a tire capable of charging gas in the tire of double construction while keeping a balance and easily performing a charging operation.
In this valve 20, at the initial stage of charging, a slider 40 is moved to a first position, an intermediate discharge port 34 is opened, and an end discharge port 30 is closed to supply the gas only into an outside gas chamber 13. Since the flow velocity of the gas is high in this initial stage of charging, a pressure is reduced remarkably in a line from a charge part 36 toward a second pressure receiving part 71, a pressure difference between a first receiving part 70 and the second pressure receiving part 71 is increased, and the slider 40 is held for a while at the first position by the pressure difference. As the gas pressure in the outside gas chamber 13 is increased and the pressure difference is reduced, based on the resilient force of a compressive coiled spring 55, the slider 40 is moved to the second position, and the end discharge port is opened to supply the gas into both the inside gas chamber 14 and the outside gas chamber 13.
