Abstract:
To provide a valve for a tube of a pneumatic tire suppressing a crack generated on a rubber seat, and a manufacturing method for the tube of the pneumatic tire improving molding workability by using the same.
In the valve 1 for the tube of the pneumatic tire, a projection 5 which is fitted in a hole 4a for mounting the valve opened in an unvulcanized rubber tube 4 is formed on the bottom surface of the rubber seat 3. In the manufacturing method for the tube of the pneumatic tire, the rubber seat 3 is pasted to the unvulcanized rubber tube by fitting the projection 5 in the valve 1 for the tube into the hole 4a for mounting the valve opened in the unvulcanized rubber tube 4.
