PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively manufacturable and easily recyclable valve unit and container of an easy assembly work type and capable of preventing outflow of liquid even when the container falls down.
SOLUTION: The valve unit 10 sucks out the liquid in a container body 12. It is provided with a suction pipe 21, a corrugated bellows 22 which can be restored in the extending direction, and a piston part 40 connectively communicated with an upper part of the bellows 22, extending and contracting the bellows 22, and sucking out the liquid in the container 12 via the suction pipe 21. A first check valve 23 is provided upstream of the bellows 22 and a second check valve 24 is provided downstream of the bellows 22. The bellows 22 is made of low density polyethylene, its thickness is formed at 0.1X-0.4X mm when its liquid suction capacity is X cc, and an angle θ of by an external surface of its ridge part 22d is formed at 80±15°.
