Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vane suitable for a cylinder made of Al alloy and the like by forming the vane out of cladding material.
CONSTITUTION: A vane 20 is formed out of cladding material having a five layer structure in the thickness direction. As cladding material, the material is used, in which a steel plate F, an Al alloy plate A, the steel plate A, the Al alloy plate A and the steel plate F are interchangeably rolled and joined in the aforesaid order. In addition, the tip end 20a side of the vane is processed into a R-surface shape, and each section of the Al alloy plates A is formed into each recessed section 21 and 21, and each section of the steel plates F is formed into each projected section 22, 22 and 22.
