Abstract:
To provide a vapor chamber which can obtain high heat transfer ability even when being thinned, and can suppress destruction.SOLUTION: A vapor chamber has a sealed space in which a working fluid is enclosed. The sealed space is provided with condensate flow passages through which the working fluid moves in a state of a condensed liquid, and vapor flow passages each having a larger flow passage cross-sectional area than that of the condensate flow passage, in which the working fluid undergoes self-excited oscillation in a state of vapor and condensed liquid. In the condensate flow passages, the plurality of straight condensate flow passages are disposed between two vapor flow passages, in which the plurality of straight condensate flow passages are in communication with one another. The structure of an area in which the vapor flow passages and the condensate flow passages are disposed is configured to be symmetrical with respect to a line parallel to the condensate flow passages that are disposed in a straight line manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
