Title:
VAPOR GENERATING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01184303
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a vapor generating device having no contamination of dust powder, no growth of bacteria and showing a fast responding speed by a method wherein boiled water in a heating tank is guided to a gas-liquid separating container to separate vapor from hot water, a part of the hot water is in contact with air, a temperature of the hot water is less than a specified temperature and the hot water is delivered to evaporating material. CONSTITUTION:A water supplying device, a boiling tank 1 provided with a heater 2 and a gas-liquid separating container 4 communicating with the boiling tank 1 are provided. Hot water is pushed up with gas bubbles generated by boiling and guided to the gas-liquid separating container 4 so as to separate hot water from vapor, the hot water is guided to an evaporating material 6 so as to be evaporated. A hot water outlet of a lower part 5 of the gas-liquid separating container is provided with an air inlet 13, an amount of air entered the gas-liquid separating container 4 is adjusted, a temperature of hot water to be supplied to the evaporating material 6 is kept at 50-80 deg.C. In this way, a deposition of boiler scale through the evaporating material 6 is delayed to cause a clogging or stain in the evaporating material 6 to be hardly generated and at the same time an air blowing is stopped and the hot water is delivered to the evaporating material, thereby a distillation of bacteria is effectively carried out, so that it is possible to provide a clean vapor generating device.
