To transmit heat to internal gas also from a surface of a heat storage body to suppress its temperature fluctuation for improving thermal stability by placing the heat storage body having a predetermined heat capacity within a heating cylinder and always heating it to a predetermined temperature.
A heat storage body 53 is placed inside a heating cylinder 41 coaxially with the cylinder 41 and free from contact with an internal face. In addition, a gas temperature detector 43 for measuring a temperature of gas generated inside is provided on a lower part of the heating cylinder 41, a heating cylinder temperature detector 58 for detecting a temperature on an internal face of the cylinder 41 is provided on the heating cylinder 41, and a heat storage body temperature detector 55 for detecting a surface temperature of the heat storage body 53 is incorporated in the body 53. Temperature signals from the respective detectors are sent to a control circuit for controlling temperature and heat outputs of an apparatus by a control signal from the control circuit. Placement of the heat storage body 53 increases a heat transfer area in the heating cylinder 41 to gas, thereby decreasing a fluctuation in temperature of gas, the heating cylinder 41 and the surface of the heat storage body 53 to be thermally stabilized.
