Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a high-precision variable attenuator stably actuating against various factors.
CONSTITUTION: Two-rod type piston 3 is provided so as to freely slide in the inside of a cylinder 2. A flow rate adjusting valve 12 composed of a changeover valve 12a for large flow volume and a shut-off valve 12b is provided in the flow path connecting to the right and left hydraulic chambers 6 of the piston 3. A computer 14 inputs an instruction value S1 of the generating attenuation force into an attenuation force controller 13 in accordance with the response of the construction. The actual attenuation force generated by the variable attenuator 1 is transmitted as hydraulic detected values S6, S7 from the pressure converter 23 equipped in both hydraulic chambers 6 to the attenuation force controller 13 and the actual opening degree of the changeover valve 12a for large flow volume is transmitted as a detected value S5 for the opening degree from the sensor for the opening degree of valve to the attenuation force controller 13 respectively. The instruction value S1 of the generating attenuation force is corrected, basing on these detected values to output an instruction value S4 controlling the valve opening to the shut-off valve 12b in order to generate the optimum attenuating force by adjustment of the valve 12a opening for large flow volume.
