PURPOSE: To eliminate the limitation for the number of switches by giving control to the switches connected in series to the resistance and capacitor of the variable balanced circuit used for the hybrid via the frequency higher than the signal frequency and with every switch.
CONSTITUTION: The circuit network comprises switches 19∼22, resistances 23 and 24 plus capacitors 26∼30 each. Switches 19∼22 are controlled by switch control circuit 31. In this case, switches 19∼22 are opened and closed with the frequency higher enough than the signal frequency applied between terminals 7 and 8. And this switch rate is varied by changing continuously or dispersively the impedance to the signal component between terminals 7 and 8. Thus the degree of freedom more than the square of the number of switches is secured by controlling the switch rate of the switches, thus increasing the variable flexibility.
