To enable to easily perform an exchanging operation of a blanket and a printing plate, and also to easily process the blanket and the printing plate in relation to a variable cut-off printing machine.
The printing machine includes first and second blanket cylinders 3 and 3 which are respectively arranged on both faces of a web so as to pinch the travelling web and equipped on the outer periphery with the blankets 5, and the first and the second plate cylinders 2 and 2 equipped on the outer periphery with the printing plate 4 brought into contact with each of the blanket 5. The first blanket cylinder and the first plate cylinder, and the second blanket cylinder and the second plate cylinder are variably composed as to its supporting position, and the cut-off length is changed by exchanging each of the first and the second blanket cylinders and the first and the second plate cylinders to those of the different diameters, and both of the blanket 5 and the printing plate 4 are so composed like a plate with ends and are wound and attached respectively on the outer periphery of the corresponding blanket cylinder 3 or the printing plate 2, and the securing mechanism which secures the end of the plate cylinder by circumferentially holding with the tension bar is also equipped.
