Abstract:
To provide a variable diffuser capable of maintaining efficiency during accelerating when an amphibian motor car travels on the water.
A variable diffuser 21 is attached to an outlet of a water jet nozzle of an amphibian motor car and comprises: a first variable diffuser piece 22; a second variable diffuser piece 23; and a rotation support axis 24. The variable diffuser 21 is configured so that its opening space can be varied so that injection quantity from the water jet nozzle can be changed. Therefore, efficiency during accelerating when the amphibian motor car travels on the water can be maintained by using the variable diffuser 21.
